  1. Introduction

Dangerous occupations including firefighters need to be well-trained before attending to reality. Training in a safe atmosphere on a regular basis will equip them well for dealing with potentially harmful circumstances. This app's incorporation of virtual reality technology makes it perfectly adapted for usage by firefighters of varying specialties.

2. Description of the application

The purpose of the app

This application is meant to help firefighters prepare for dangerous situations. It provides a hypothetical situation in which a fire has broken out in a person's residence while the TV and lights have been on. Firefighters must conduct judgments on whether to deploy a fire blanket or a fire extinguisher to put out a fire. The fire cannot be put out if the wrong equipment is used. If the TV fire is put out using a fire extinguisher and the electric sparks are smothered with a fire blanket, the situation will be remedied.

The significance of your application in the context of your chosen scenario

It's critical to concentrate on a few important aspects. As it would be impractical to extinguish a fire with a single interaction, the exact same thing remains true for putting out a fire while engaging with a TV; the user will need to push many times before the fire is totally quenched.

This classification will aid users in remembering the distinctions between and uses for each type of fire-rescue equipment. They can develop their personal judgments and evaluations during the choosing process when they can change equipment during the selection for a specific case.

The significance of the interface technology (VR or AR) in the context of the application

3. Interaction Design

Virtual reality (VR) presents an immersive and realistic experience. With virtual reality (VR), the player may explore the game environment as if they were actually there. Virtual reality allows firefighters to experience that they are in a dangerous scenario, allowing them to tune out distractions and concentrate on solving the problem.

The conventional method has drawbacks when compared to virtual reality. Safely setting up the environment is challenging; they need to burn TVs or actual lights for training, which is costly. In contrast hand, virtual reality scenario development is affordable and adaptable.

n order to get the fireman involved in the action, rather than just seeing it, it is necessary to attend the app. When individuals are actively involved in a process, they are more likely to recall the actions they engage in than those they witness. The argument that if you merely view information, such as on a video, your brain does not remember it. The ability to recall one's own experiences for a longer period of time requires practise for firemen. In addition, even if they do run across this issue once more, they will be able to safely carry out the procedure because they have already done it in the past.

Firefighters are required to utilize a wide range of tools, thus they must understand the fundamentals of equipment classifications. A fire extinguisher and a fire blanket are two essentials that will nearly always be utilized in the scenario of a fire. It is necessary that they understand in what circumstances they must utilize it. and how to appropriately employ it.

4.Technical Development

Unity is the primary development environment for this app. Unity enables the creation of 3D spaces, the addition of objects to those spaces, such as buildings, doors, and people, and also enables the animation of character models. Users are needed to make use of the C# that is offered by Unity in order for these processes to be animated. A virtual reality headset like Oculus must be linked to Unity in order for the user to participate in the simulation. The gadget may be operated with either the left or right hand thanks to its dual-handle design. The left hand is used for pahri and upward and backwards movement in applications, while the right hand is used for the grip.
